Unlimited Piracy

Unlimited Piracy

Not a “mod”, a set of 3 bat files I have created for unlimited piracy fun. Allows easy access of “The Key” Crimson Fleet Pirate station (not CT mission boards or CT missions) without requiring being a member. Can still use files if you are already a member.

Sell unlimited captured ships to The Crimson Fleet with virtually no ship registration, and have your bounties wiped clean each time! Gain access to the convenient General Vendor that I stocked with all ammo, most meds, all outfits, all resources. Exclusive Crimson Fleet ships at the Shipyard vendor, all manufacturer ship parts at The Key, New Atlantis and The Den Shipyards. Sell unlimited stolen goods and contraband at The Key or The Den!

Set of three bat files (piratestuff.txt, thekey.txt, nokey.txt).

What does each file do?
File – piratestuff.txt – command: bat piratestuff
(can be used more than once to restock vendors, but not recommended to autoexec or CCR)

Gives lots of credits to the following vendors:
– The Key Shipyard (requires talking to if never spoken to)
– Most of The Key vendors
– New Atlantis Shipyard
– The Den Trader (requires talking to if never spoken to)

Gives all manufacturer Shipyard Parts:
– The Key Shipyard
– New Atlantis Shipyard
– The Den Shipyard

Gives Items to The Key General Goods Vendor:
– All ammo
– Most Meds
– All outfits
– All resources

File – thekey.txt – command: bat thekey
Makes you friendly to Crimson Fleet
Clears all your bounties
Tops up vendor cash
Makes ship registration almost free
Teleports you to The Key Shipyard

File – nokey.txt – command: bat nokey
Makes you enemy to Crimson Fleet
Clears all your bounties
Tops up vendor cash
Makes ship registration almost free
Teleports you to New Atlantis Shipyard

How to use … PLEASE READ
Place the three text files in game “Starfield” directory.

Step 1. If you have never been to The Key during your current playthrough or NG+ type in console “bat thekey” – You will be teleported to The Key and be friendly to The Crimson Fleet – talk to the shipyard vendor (Jasmine) you just teleported to and get past the dialogue that unlocks her shipyard.

Step 2. Type “bat piratestuff” in console to stock up vendors.
Now you are ready to commit piracy and jack any ships nomatter the faction.

Now you are ready to play!

Do the usual process: Shoot ship until shield exhausted (optionally disable gravdrive), then shoot engines in targeting mode, then dock with ship.

Once enemies are killed, sit in the pilot seat and undock from your ship – (((VERY IMPORTANT))) you must now LAND THE STOLEN SHIP on nearest planet to take ownership. If you do not land the ship you will lose it!!! This is how the game works, nothing to do with this “mod”.

Once landed type “bat thekey” to teleport to The Key or “bat nokey” to teleport to New Atlantis Shipyard to sell the ship. Do the usual procedure of using the shipyard to select your main ship again before selling the one you jacked! If you went to The Key and are not an actual member of The Crimson Fleet, when you want to leave you must type “bat nokey” to teleport to New Atlantis and become hostile to them again. If you are an actual member of The Crimson Fleet, then you can optionally use “bat nokey” to become temporarily hostile to make the game less boring with more enemies.

Edit files to your own liking, adapt it or any ideas to your own mod if you want.

PLEASE NOTE: This makes changes to vendor inventory that cannot be easily undone. This is not designed to be an autoexec or CCR mod, repeatedly adding items with auto execution may have undesirable results. I cannot guarantee if interacting with all The Key NPCs or fully exploring the area will not do something to lock you out of joining The Crimson Fleet somehow during your current playthrough (“it just works”).
