Fast Travel To Unknown

Allows player to fast travel to undiscovered POI on surface map.

With optional file installed, player can also fast travel to undiscovered POI directly from scanner mode.

Prerequisites:
Ultimate ASI Loader (XBox Game Pass/Steam) or Starfield Script Extender (SFSE) (Steam only)

Ultimate ASI Loader installation:
1. Download bink2w64-x64.zip
2. Go to Starfield installation directory (where Starfield.exe is located).
3. Rename bink2w64.dll to bink2w64Hooked.dll
4. Put bink2w64.dll from downloaded archive to Starfield installation directory
5. Extract mod archieve into Starfield installation directory (where Starfield.exe is located).
6. Check that there is Plugins folder in Starfield installation directory and there is fttu.asi file in it.

SFSE installation:
1. Install SFSE (if you don’t have it installed)
1. Install with modmanager or extract mod archieve into Starfield installation directory (where Starfield.exe is located).
2. Check that there is Data\SFSE\Plugins folder in Starfield installation directory and there is fttu.dll file in it.

If everything was installed correctly, then you’ll find fttu_plugin.log in “My Documents\My Games\Starfield” (ASI) or “My Documents\My Games\Starfield\SFSE\Logs” (SFSE) folder, after game start.

If you want to be able to fast travel to undiscovered POI from scanner mode, you need to install one of the optional files:
1. Install it with modmanager or extract downloaded archive into Starfield installation directory (where Starfield.exe is located).
2. Check that there are monoclemenu.swf and monoclemenu_lrg.swf files in Data\Interface in Starfield installation directory.

There are versions for vanilla scanner and Extended Info Scanner mod. If you use other mod, which changes monoclemenu.swf and monoclemenu_lrg.swf files, then ask mod author to make unrestricted fast travel version. It’s quite simple, just one line:
MonocleMenu:onPickDataUpdate, line 629 (vanilla) change to “this.CanFastTravel = param1.data.bIsDiscovered || !param1.data.bIsScannable;”
