Yellow CrossHairs
Change black crosshairs to YELLOW, and removed the Vignette.
1 Drop the interface folder in your game data folder
2 navigate to Documents\My Games\Starfield\
create new file StarfieldCustom.ini
open StarfieldCustom.ini
