Reload Speed Increase
Increase the Reload Speed of weapons. I have not tested this with the Rapid Reload Skill but I will provide instructions in the Instructions.txt for how to decrease or increase the Reload Speed to your preference as well as check your current Reload Speed multiplier so that you can adjust the values if needed when you obtain the Rapid Reload Skill.
