Miss Bethany Esda should hire me to make their hair colours, cause honey what are these desaturated and depressing shades?! Anyway here’s like the 8 unnatural hair colours recoloured to be more lively and vibrant cause if you’re not rocking cotton candy pink hair, who are you?
Install Instructions
Instead of InstallDirectory/Data you’re gonna head on over to DOCUMENTS/MY GAMES/STARFIELD And drop these there!!
You’ll need to use an INI Tweak or add the following lines to your Starfieldcustom.ini:

Notes
Eyebrows and beards aren’t included yet because that’s… 200+ files to go through (This was 64 files alone)
They look a bit desaturated in CharGen, but in Game they look vibrant. IDK what’s up with that.
(Me after doing the inevitable of editing the 500+ Files required to have a proper hair overhaul)
