Install into My Games\Starfield\Data\Interface\*

Clamps 8,910 colors from RGB(255,255,255) to RGB(200,200,200).

Clamps 15,723 colors that has any Red, Green, or Blue value down to 200 proportionally.

Also, make sure you have a StarfieldCustom.ini file in `My Games\Starfield` with:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
