Solid Black and Desert Brown Color Festive Neocity Poncho Replacement
Replaces the colors of the Brown Capesuit Festive Neocity Poncho.
I added 3 versions but really the solid black was the ideal one.
Installation:
Step 1: Extract the folder inside there are 3 versions pick the one you want and then place that Data folder in your Documents\My Games\Starfield folder
Step 2: If not already done so add these lines to your StarfieldCustom.ini in documents/my games/Starfield

Alternate step: If using Xbox gamepass and it does not work try opening the game folder (default path is C:\Xbox Games\Starfield\Content). Find the Starfield.ini file. Under [Archive] add the lines there.
