Get all skills via console
Getting all skills one by one takes a long time, so I made a file which will add 1 rank to each skill so with 4 repetitions, you max all skills.
All you have to do is put the unzipped file in your Starfield folder where the .exe is. Enter the game, open the console and write: “bat addperks”. Repeat 3 more times and all your skills will be maxed.
Problems:
It seems that the vendor prices don’t change until you actually do the challenges.
