Inclement Weather – Settler Poncho Outfit Retexture

A simple retexture of the Inclement Weather outfit, aka the Space Poncho outfit so that the poncho is blue and the pants and undershirt are gray.

Install: Bethesda changed how mod files are loaded from previous titles. So now you drop the texture files within the Data folder located in Documents\My Games\Starfield.
And if you haven’t created a StarfieldCustom.ini in the Starfield folder in documents do so then just put in,

[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

So the game will load the loose files.
