Cowboy Brown Capesuit Festive Neocity Poncho Replacement
Replaces the Brown Capesuit Festive Neocity Poncho with a cowboy style, also changes the color of the Fishworker mask and Settlers Adventure Hat.
This is my first real attempt at redoing texture maps..so its not perfect I am sorry.
PLEASE IF ANY CAN IMPROVE THIS DO SO I REALLY WANT SOME WESTERN STYLE CLOTHING JUST AT ME IN BIO.
I only REPLACED the TOP PART of the Brown Capesuit Festive Neocity Poncho, so if you would like the bottom different that may come in the future when I decide what to do with and when I start getting more familiar with making retextures.
Inside the rar you will find 3 different folders, one for the hat, mask and the capesuit you may use it all or just what you would like.
Installation:
Step 1: Extract the folders inside there are 3 versions pick the one you want and then place that Data folder in your Documents\My Games\Starfield folder
Step 2: If not already done so add these lines to your StarfieldCustom.ini in documents/my games/Starfield

Alternate step: If using Xbox gamepass and it does not work try opening the game folder (default path is C:\Xbox Games\Starfield\Content). Find the Starfield.ini file. Under [Archive] add the lines there.
