Faster Ship for Exploration
For those who want to explore the star systems SIMILAR to other space sims like no mans sky.
The download is just a blank read me file.
This isn’t exactly a mod but just the console commands to make your ship extremally fast. Now you can travel between planets like we should have to begin with, IMMERSION ohhhhh ahhhhh.
Be careful using these because i have no idea if things load correctly at veryyyy far distances (idk or just go nuts)
To use these you must know the ID reference number of the ship you are using, I am currently using the “mantis” so the ID is 14e2fa
To find yours
Go somewhere close to your ship (inside might be best) & not in a menu.
In console command, type out “save funclist 1” to print out a list of all objects.
Find your ship in this list. I think it’s likely to be the ship’s name.
Get the FormID of your ship from the list, its the 8 characters at the start of each line.
then insert any of the following lines using that ID. Ill use the mantis as an example
14e2fa.setav spaceshipforwardspeedmult #
14e2fa.setav spaceshipenginepartmaxforwardspeed #
14e2fa.setav spaceshipboostspeed #
And others. To find them yourself in the command prompt type help speed 0 then page up until you find the list of AVIF commands.
This whole thing isnt perfect and takes some getting used to. you will absolutely have to go into the console to change this around every time.
