Skip New Game Plus Artifacts
Simple bat file to skip recollecting artifacts in new game plus.
After starting new game plus and skipping the main quest, talk to Vladimir to start the quest of collecting the artifacts, then run the script.
Copy the bat file to your game directory, and while in game, type “bat SkipArtifacts”
You will skip ahead to the meeting with the Emissary and Hunter.
