CRT – Water
The vanilla textures looks great from far but really bad when close imo, the lighting and reflexions make it worse, missing SSR fr. But I made these textures to have something better than this oily looking water, have some downsides too, it looks more tiled from far.
Still a wip, tested only on this city, on daytime, would probably put more efforts on It in the future.
-For loose file versions add these lines to StarfieldCustom.ini:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=
-Put it in your documents data folder like any other texture mods. “Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data”
