Building parts are mostly basic/mid Class A structures, so you should be able to build it pretty early. Hope you’ll enjoy it!
Hopefully one day there will be a way to download ships (and even why not require to register/pay for it in game!). In the meantime, you can simply follow this step-by-step tutorial video.
My save file is also available to download if you want to check it out quickly.
The ship was built in my outpost. If you want to have access to all (most) manufacturers parts at the same place, you have to build an outpost and add a large landing pad. This module has a monitor that let you edit & buy ships.
Almost all parts you unlocked are available, at the exception of some special ones (mostly big ones) which are only available on each manufacturer space station. Deimos on Sol, Nova Galactic on Sol, HopeTech on Valo, Stroud on Narion & Taiyo on Volii.
