No Ship Trails
I am taking a first stab at mostly removing the ship engine trails (“chem trails”). I’m not entirely sure if there are other effects I may have missed. Please let me know how it works for you and if you notice any issues.
Install
Copy the ‘Data’ folder to ‘..\Documents\My Games\Starfield’ (NOT the game’s folder). If a ‘Data’ folder already exists there, just merge it.
You must also have a file named ‘StarfieldCustom.ini’ in your ‘..\Documents\MyGames\Starfield’ directory that contains the following lines:
