Better Meter Feedback
Mod to have meters such as health, stamina and boost change colour as the become low.Specifically, Boost, O2 and ship weapons will turn orange/red respectively as they drop below 30%, with health turning orange at 50%, then it’s usual red at 30%.
Installation
– Create, “StarfieldCustom.ini”, in, “\Documents\My Games\Starfield”, if not yet created.
– Open, “StarfieldCustom.ini”, and make sure the ini contains the following;
– [Archive]
– bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
– Download the mod and copy the contents to the root of your Starfield install folder
– Done!
Compatibility
Not compatible with any mods changing the following files;
playerhudcomponents.gfx
playerhudcomponents_lrg.gfx
shipreticle.swf
shipreticle_lrg.swf
To do
– Look into creating a plugin to pass magazine size information to the UI to change clip ammo count colour as it drops
– HDR friendly colour clamping
– Adding support or custom colours via JSON
