CCR – Better Starborn Power Bar
I took the time to make sure that each of these files are working individually, coming in 2X, 3X, 5X, and 10X factors.
This multiplier as I have it set up affects BOTH the regeneration speed of the power meter bar, as well as the total amount of power you have to use your abilities.
You may change this as you like within the .toml to suit you as you want as follows:
player.setav starpowerratemult 100, is the vanilla value of your regeneration speed. Simply change 100 to whatever value you see fit.
player.setav starpower 60, is the vanilla value for your overall star power. Simply change the 60.
So that means 2X would be player.setav starpowerratemult 200 AND player.setav starpower 120, etc. 3X is already starting to feel overpowered, so use how you like.
