Disable Contraband Scans

Disables contraband scans in orbit, tested with Volii( Neon) and Alpha Centauri(Jemison).

Install like any other bat mod or merge with yours.

Extract, copy txt file to your Starfield.exe folder.
Set up Ini (Not needed if merged, i highly recommend merging txt mods.):
