Disable Terrain Displacement and Tessellation
Disables displacement mapping and tessellation for terrain. Useful if you don’t like the effect, or are trying to squeeze every bit of performance.
Install: Place StarfieldCustom.ini inside Documents > My Games > Starfield folder.
