Jane – A Starfield Character
Sharing a player appearance with a starter game save and optional slider screenshots to update an existing character.
New Save
The game save is from immediately after the initial character creation with the Sculptor background and the following traits: Extrovert, Hero Worshipped, Terra Firma.
Extract the folder into your …\Documents\My Games\Starfield directory.
Existing Save
If you don’t want to start with the provided save, you can refer to the slider screenshots and alter your existing character appearance to match the values. This is tedious but doable.
It is CRUCIAL to set the correct preset values – not just for the Biometric ID but all facial appearance options, e.g. do not leave Nose at preset 1
I learned this the hard way by trying to remember what presets I had chosen 20 gameplay hours ago (had to recreate the character for the start of game save).
To change your appearance and presets:
Open the console with `
Type showlooksmenu player 1
Set your Biometric ID to 12
Begin following the slider screenshots.
I recommend opening the screenshots with your Windows Photos application, fullscreen the image, then Alt+Tab back and forth. The slider positions will be lined up so that you can match their positions more efficiently.
