Lore Friendly Immersive Realistic Underwear Mod
Lore Friendly Immersive Realistic Underwear Mod
This mod replaces Vanilla Body Textures.
Read this its Important:
-Included are files for all 9 Body Diffuse textures(One for each skin Tone), and a Normal Map(“nakedbodyf_normal.dds”).
-I edited the normal map to get rid of most of the bizarre indentation on the hips. Some bizarre depth still persists I think the mesh might have it as well(its almost unnoticeable now). Feel free to include the NORMAL MAP ONLY in your own mods without asking for permission or crediting me.
-Starfield handles body textures and skin tone in a fundamentally different way from past Bethesda titles. Each skin tone corresponds to a different body texture file. These 9 files are named in order of tone from light to dark (“nakedbodyf_sk0_color.dds” to “nakedbodyf_sk8_color.dds.”) “nakedbodyf_sk0_color.dds” is the texture that corresponds to Skin Tone 1, “nakedbodyf_sk8_color.dds” corresponds to Skin Tone 9. This will allow us to have 9 different custom body textures, one for each skin tone. As long as they perfectly match the corresponding adjoining textures (only head and Shoulders is missing in textures files I believe). These files are also used by NPC’s.
-I plan to make additional similar underwear skins (Crimson Fleet and Constellation coming shortly!) you can potentially mix and match files from each archive to have a different underwear for each skin tone.
– All these files use the Vanilla body texture with unmodified skin (which is super low resolution 1024×1024) in order to ensure there are no visible seams. I have no intention of modding skin textures for the vanilla body(waste of time). All I did was draw something tolerable overtop of the underwear that some 5 year old ham-fisted onto the skin using a giant Grey Crayon.
