No Data Menu Flicker
OVERVIEW
– Removes the flicker from the data menu open/close animation.
– If you want the animation removed entirely try Undelayed Menus.

INSTALLATION
– Installs like any other mod, manually or using a mod manager.
– Make sure this mod overwrites any mod changing the same files!
