Remove the challenges required for each skill rank.
: Clutter Begone
Makes worthless junk unlootable.

Extract to \Data\ in your install directory.
Then go to: \Documents\My Games\Starfield\
Open or create: StarfieldCustom.ini AND Starfield.ini
And add the following lines to both:
[General]
sTestFile4=xatmosPerkUpVendors.esp
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
