Rouge – Neon Blouse and Skirt Outfit for Player

This mod allows you to wear the NPC only Neon Blouse & Skirt, by replacing the Nightwear outfit. I’ve included both m and f models but have no idea how it looks on male player characters, so please share your photos.

Installation:
Option 1 – Download manually and extract the data folder to your Documents\My Games\Starfield

Option 2 – Use vortex to download and install.

NOTE: If this is your first time installing a mod, you’ll need to create a new “StarfieldCustom.ini” file in “Documents\My Games\Starfield\” and add the following lines:
