Sarah the Pirate
Black or Cyan Pirate Jacket for Sarah + optional black pants.
Crimson Fleet or Classic Pirate logo.
Extract either version of jacket (+ optional black pants if you want) to
C:\Users\yourname\Documents\My Games\Starfield
For modding to work you need the mod below, sometimes creating your own .ini file doesn’t work (for whatever reason, i haven’t figured it out), but this mod worked for me:
