Settler Hippie Poncho
This mod removes the top and bottoms from the Inclement Weather outfit and Settler Poncho by replacing them with the default body, no clipping.
Unfortunately this will also make the Settler Explorer outfit just underwear as they all share the same base files, such is the limit of outfit modding right now.
Outfit replacers like this seem to be bugged on followers, seams, weighting issues etc, this outfit is only recommended for your character. if a fix is found i will update asap.
Included is an optional file containing replacers for the default #4 skin tone texture, this will make the legs match the upper body, this may very well replace the #4 skin tone for all NPCs too, so use at your own aesthetic risk

Inclement weather outfit: player.additem 0025def1 1
Settler Poncho outfit: player.additem 0025def0 1
Settler Explorer outfit: unknown, will update when i find out.
Instructions:
– Copy the “Data” file into the starfield folder eg: X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starfield
– Optional: Copy the “Data” file from one of the ‘optional skin tones’ folders to wherever your game stores textures eg: X:\Users\X\Documents\My Games\Starfield
– Done. Enjoy.
