Simply Dehaze – A lightweight and Vanilla-friendly ReShade Preset
A lightweight Reshade preset that sharpens distant objects, dehazes the visuals, improves the atmosphere, and enhances the colors.
This is a Reshade for those that want a minimal impact on performance. The core visuals of the game are maintained while the colors are enhanced to provide a less smoggy experience. Shadows have also been darkened.
I’m new to modding and just wanted to share my tweaked file for those with similar needs. Feel free to tweak it to your heart’s content.
Download the latest Reshade
1. Select your Starfield .exe file
2. Select DirectX 10/11/12
3. Skip the preset selection
4. When it asks for effects packages to install, select UNCHECK ALL and then click CHECK ALL.
5. Download the .INI from this page and place it directly into your Starfield folder
6. Launch the game and select the preset from the Reshade menu (Home by default)
