So you have bought the most expensive house in the game. Even more expensive than the dream house. You excitedly go up the elevator and enter what could only be described as a single room with a step in the floor across half of it. On top of that alot of the space is taken up by the bathroom and kitchen and you cant build on the balcony. At least in your apartment in the well you can build on the balcony and even have a bedroom. Well no more not with this mod!

Features:
Adds a new floor split into two rooms with a balcony overlooking the sitting room. The stairs is next to the elevator for easy access. (I was going to add a basement as well but that would not be possible if you look at where the Sky suite is in the building.)

Allows you to build on the balcony with the new decorator unit by the door. Now you can actually use the balcony as a little garden or whatever. You can even hang plants off the roof past the edge of the handrails.

Lastly I have allowed you to move or delete everything in the bathroom except the lights (trying to move the shower or shelves around inside the bathroom is impossible because Bethesda used clipping to place them). I have also allowed some items to be moved or deleted in the kitchen. These items are the fridge, mirror, glass rack and the two place mats. You cant actually reposition the mirror sadly. The fridge model is different to the the one in the build menu but cant really be moved as the doors cannot be reattached. If you like having doorless fridges go ahead and move it somewhere.

and the Sky Suite penthouse.

BUT BEWARE this mod is made with SF1Edit64 v4.1.5. This is an experimental build made prior to the release of the creation kit, you may suffer corrupted save files, random fires and your dreams being haunted by eldritch horrors from the Boneyards.

Optional files:
SSE_DisableElevatorDoor: This file holds the lift door open for the penthouse while you are in the penthouse so no more constant woosh noises. Can be loaded anywhere.

Known issues:
I could not make a navmesh without the creation kit so your companion wont go upstairs (which may be a positive or a negative).

Lighting is a bit janky in the new areas. I am still learning about lighting in xedit.

Installation:
This mod contains an ESM file. Please install accordingly with or without a mod manager.

Before installing you may want to move anything that was attached to the ceiling among the girders and anything between the fridge and the elevator.

Please remember to make a save before installing this mod and check nothing has gone poof in your penthouse once it has been installed.

Uninstallation:
Remove anything in the new area, save game and exit. Uninstall ESM file and then check penthouse is alright.

Q. Do you have any future plans for this mod?
A. Improve the lighting and when the creation kit comes out, rebuild the mod using it and make a navmesh.
