Space Trucker Topical
Replaces the Space Trucker Flannel outfits (shirt and jacket) with a Hawaiian shirt.
My character looks closer to me than any character I’ve been able to make in any game before, but something was missing — finally, I realized it was the wardrobe. My closet is full of flowery shirts and I needed to bring them to the rest of the galaxy. The black shirt was made from a photo of a shirt in my closet just to see if I could pull it off.
The pants and shoes have been recolored as well to match my favorite grey jeans and navy chucks.
I will likely add more in the future, but figured I’d get these three out to start.
INSTALLATION:
– If you haven’t already, update StarfieldCustom.ini in Documents\My Games\Starfield\ with:
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
– If the StarfieldCustom.ini doesn’t exist, create a new text file and name it StarfieldCustom.ini
– In the zip, Open the Space Trucker Tropical folder and choose the subfolder with the name corresponding to the outfit you prefer (see screenshots). Drag the Data folder inside it into your Documents\My Games\Starfield\ directory.
– If you don’t want the recolored pants and shoes, navigate to Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\Textures\clothes\outfit_trucker_flannel_01 and delete the file outfit_trucker_flannel_01_lowerbody_color.dds
Only one can be used at a time. It is possible to mix and match your shirt outfit with the jacket outfit, but you will have to figure that out on your own as I can’t provide for every possible combo.
To get both outfits in-game, use the console commands:
player.additem 002470D2 1 (shirt)
player.additem 002470D1 1 (shirt with jacket)
Feel free to comment with Hawaiian or similarly floral shirts you’d like to see included. I will do my best to find as close a pattern as I can. Do not comment with non-Hawaiian or similarly floral shirts as they will not be made. Maybe one day I will make Space Trucker Bowling Shirts, but that day is not today.
Note that any NPCs wearing this outfit in-game will also be affected.
