Starborn Astra Armor in White and red
A recolour of the drab gray Starborn Astra armor, somewhat inspired by constellation armor colour.
This is a recolour of the (first) Starborn Astra armour.
It is for both male and female (they use different torso files).
Some of the colouring will be present on the later Starborn armor sets (along with additional drab gray pieces and helmet etc). I may work on those later sets but it might be a little wait, as I have my colourful armour and heading back to play the game..
Why?
When I got the armour I thought it was a little too uninspiring.
So I went about with making a recolour of most of the texture files for it
(the headcap was left out as I haven’t seen it)
Now it is WHITE with RED features, BLACK trim and GOLD Bling accents.
Installation
As far as I know texture mods need to be installed manually, hence why I’ve disabled the mod manager button.
Unpack the zip file into your Documents\My Games\Starfield folder.
If you haven’t already done so (to enable loose mod files) do the following:
Create a StarfieldCustom.ini file in your Documents\My Games\Starfield folder
add the following lines:
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
If you don’t like it,
just delete the spacesuit_starborn_01 folder from the Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\Textures\clothes folder
