Starborn Powers Recharge Rate Increase CCR
Simple Console Command Runner file to increase the Starborn Powers recharge rate to nearly instant. Takes about 1 second to fully recharge.
Use of console commands may disable achievements, destroy your save file, or cause double vision. Author is not responsible for weight gain or uncontrollable sneezing.
Really, it’s just a simple setting that you type into the console. It works perfectly for me and I don’t expect it to cause any problems. Here’s the command if you’re curious: player.setav starpowerratemult 10000
