Replacement of some old versions of tattoos with new ones.

This file will replace some existing versions of tattoos with mine.

Installation
1. Add bat2 file to date folder
2. Add the name of my .bat2 file to the Starfild.ini file

Starfild.ini
sResourceIndexFileList=Starfield – LODTextures.ba2, …… . , StarTats.ba2
